Bailey’s Gin. Our very first gin, and it’s proving to be a fan favorite. Juniper, Coriander, orange peel, fresh lemon zest, lavender and ginger. The lavender has a prominent presence in this new-wave style gin. The citrus notes and juniper slow dance in the shadows, while the ginger finishes on a slightly spicy note. Named after our flame point Siamese cat, portions of the proceeds will be donated to the Salem Friends of Felines. 45% ABV
